The place was fairly clean, I booked the twin/double room with garden views, everything was perfect. The staff was very amiable, outstandingly accommodating, and responded promptly to requests.

The breakfast offered plenty of options and was great.

I did not want to leave and would book here again. The breakfast was great, well presented and with lots of options. The location was quiet - a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go.

Stunning and incredible location in the area so ideal was a plus. I had airy and fashionable room with all self catering facilities.

The location is ideal, being very near the center and also close to Highclere Castle. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are equipped with all self-catering facilities. The views from the rooms are simply amazing. 

The breakfast was great and the place was clean. The personnel was amicable and great, we all felt very welcome. The location was fantastic in that particular area. It was also very close to many nearby attractions, centre of major Berkshire 

It was a peaceful and nice location for us, next to fields / farm, Colthrop Manor, and the nearest bus stop. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake. The stuff was lovely and affable, as well as owner.

Had a very lovely stay on a business trip, glad I've chosen it. I truly enjoyed that they offered cereal and eggs, but I didn't have time and didn't try all of it. The staff was affable and always on disposal.
